It can SAFELY tune by throttle position at any RPM by holding your engine speed on a steady state by the dyno’s eddy current technology…

What does that mean? It means no more guess work, And no beating your engine to the red line untuned, With this dyno, You can start tuning your horsepower and torque simulating from the moment of takeoff from a parking space and to the street so you can maximize FUEL ECONOMY and transition to maximize HORSE POWER AND TORQUE on full throttle and apply it to the track at any throtle position.
